Two kinds of data
- Account data — about you and your teammates: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), workspace membership and role, sign-in times and IP addresses. We are responsible for this data.
- Customer Data — the contacts, lists, templates and campaign content you add, plus delivery events (delivered, bounced, opened, replied, unsubscribed) reported by your email provider. You control this data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
How we use data
- To run the Service: sign-in, sending campaigns through your provider, showing replies and reports.
- To keep it safe: security logs, an audit trail of important actions, abuse prevention.
- To contact you about your account, such as password-reset and invitation emails.
We do not sell personal data and do not use Customer Data for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The email provider you connect, which delivers your messages under its own privacy terms.
- Infrastructure providers that host and operate the Service for us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Provider credentials are stored encrypted. Access to each workspace is limited to its members according to their role.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Customer Data is kept until you delete it or the workspace is deleted, after which it is removed within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep by law (for example parts of the audit trail).
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your name, email and password under Settings → My account. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. If you are a contact in one of our customers' lists, please contact that customer first — they decide how your data is used — and use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive.
