Acceptable Use Policy

• Only email people you have a lawful basis to contact, and honour opt-outs immediately.
• Include a working unsubscribe link and your real postal address in marketing email.
• Identify yourself honestly in the From name, subject line and content.
• Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR).
• Follow the terms and acceptable-use policy of the email provider you connect.

• Send to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists.
• Send phishing, malware, deceptive or fraudulent content, or impersonate others.
• Send illegal content or content that promotes violence, hate or harassment.
• Try to get around suppression lists, unsubscribes, bounce or complaint handling, or rate limits — for example by rotating senders to evade them.
• Probe, overload or attack the Service, or access other customers' data.

The Service automatically blocks sends to suppressed, unsubscribed, hard-bounced and complaining addresses. We may pause sending, suspend a workspace, or close an account that breaks this policy, and we may cooperate with email providers investigating abuse.
